With more than 32 years experience in construction and management with national homebuilding companies and having built more than a few custom homes of his own, Lattif has an enviable reputation in the niche custom home industry for commitment to excellence, attention to detail and deep appreciation for his customer’s needs and desires.

His prestigious career includes President of the Delaware Valley Division for Pulte Homes and in various capacities with Ryan Homes, Winchester Homes and NV Homes. Along the way he has acquired and developed land, sold homes and headed construction projects. In all these years, he learned every building discipline and has a full understanding of the needs and responsibilities of what goes into building a home. What he has that isn’t learned is passion for the process, for creating a one-of-a-kind home for you.

Celebrating its 12th year in business, Linmere Home’s impressive client list includes Senator and Mrs. Joseph R. Biden, for whom the company constructed a home in Delaware. Lattif Builders LLC builds two to three custom homes a year mostly on the Main Line and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Lattif is the 2005 President of the Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties and is a member of the prestigious Builder 20 Club sponsored by NAHB.
